We will not service TVs that are older than 10 years. Also, TVs found with an infestation will not be serviced and you must pick them up immediately.

Do you have more than one broken TV ?
No problem. We will make sure that all your televisions work properly again. Our fee for a second TV check-up is $39. This fee applies to “drop-off” and “in-home” services.
WARRANTY
3 Months Warranty after the Repair is Completed
The big box stores will give you only 60 days. We do better. On some repairs we can provide you with extended warranty. Ask your technician if your Tv qualifies.

Unfortunately televisions are not like cell phones where the prices for their repairs are fixed. The cost of repairing a television varies by brand, model, size, part availability, and by the problem that television has. It is very important and professional to diagnose the problem of your television personally. Without this, an estimate provided by phone or email is quite ineffective.
We will make sure the estimate provided is a reasonable price. 90% of our customers approve their estimate. However, if the price we provide is not within your spending plans then we will indicate you of places where you can recycle your TV. The service call fee is not refundable for any reason.
Appointments can be paid online with any credit card. When the repair is completed, you could pay the technician either with cash or credit card. A 3% fee will be applied for the use of credit card. State ID will be required. We do not accept checks.
