Before you book
- When scheduling your appointment, please note that we operate with an arrival window. For example, a 9:00 AM appointment means the technician may arrive anytime between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM.
- Chicago only: Televisions will be picked up and serviced at our shop. An estimate will be provided by phone the following day.
- Please ensure your contact information (phone and email) is accurate. Appointment reminders will be sent via text and email 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 12 hours prior to the appointment through our booking system. Last minute requests may be submitted via email at scheduling@silveretechs.com and are subject to a $10 fee.
- We accept cash and credit cards. A 3% fee applies to credit card payments, and a valid state driver’s license is required for identity verification.
