Television screens are not repairable, they are thecnically replaceable. The cost of a new tv screen exceeds the cost of a new television, so it’s not recommended to make this type or repair. For an exact tv screen price, please contact your TV manufacturer directly (Samsung, LG, Sony, etc). If you are looking to file a claim with your insurance, please book an appointment with us and we will provide you with necessary document.

The payment for your appointment can be made with your Credit Card or PayPal account. A state identification will be required to verify ownership.  

No, starting October 2nd 2023, the appointment fee will not be applied towards the total cost of the repair.

Please allow a two hour window for tech to arrive. Example: If you pick 9am for your appointment, our tech will arrive any time between 9am – 11am. In addition, the technician will give you a call to notify that he / she is on the way. It is important that you answer that call to confirm that you are at home waiting for us. 

Yes, most of our repairs are covered with a 3 Month Warranty.

Many televisions are repaired the same day and at other times we will need to order parts and return when they arrive. This can take from 5 to 7 days. We will endeavor to repair your television in the shortest time possible. 

We accept cash and credit cards. A 3% fee will be added to credit card payments. A state identification will be required to verify ownership of the card. No checks.

It’s rare that we can not fix a tv unless the screen is damaged. However, if we can’t fix your TV then we will suggest to recycle it with an authorized ELECTRONICS recycling center. 

Yes – SilverEtechs offers to recycle TVs for customers only and for a fee. Many reasons might stop us from recycling your TV such as infestation, tv exposed to weather, glass coming off, space availability in our vehicles, and others.  SilverEtechs reserves the right to refuse recycling a television at any time.
